Liz is originally from the Midwest, lived for many years in Hawaii and traveling the world. She now calls Florida her home for the past 30 years. She has studied Tai Chi and Yoga for 40 years. In love the movement arts, she found Belly Dancing and has been dancing for 12 years. Liz has taught fitness classes, and done personal training. When she discovered Qigong, she said, “I recognized that this beautiful movement art embodied the elements of Meditation and Movement- a total Mind Body workout!”

Liz recently graduated from the Zen Wellness Qigong and Tai Chi program. She studied for 2 years online and through direct transmission with Master Michael Leone.

In this workshop, you will be introduced to:

Fire Path Breathing              The Golden Chi Ball                          Tai Chi Flow

You will learn to breathe properly, move with ease, and increase your energy.

Energize your Life with this low impact workout. Quiet your mind with Qigong visualization.

Bring water and a snack

Qigong and Tai Chi are practiced barefoot. Exceptions will be made for the wearing of shoes, but shoes must be thoroughly cleaned before-hand, as the Temple has all­­­­ natural wool carpeting.
